Prototype of lock widget experience, built with AI

This is an interactive prototype built with Claude Code for an encounter documentation privacy control. It shows how a clinician can open a lock widget from a note, restrict visibility from patient and family and/or health data exchanges, choose a reason for the restriction, and save the locked state.

It is going to be used for development. The main reason I built this was to ensure that the development team understands the interactions that happen with changes to the lock status.
